Its very hard to beat Chateau-in-the-Woods on a few different levels. Of course the quality of construction is great but the subdivision has 2 units per building so it has a flow of a single family subdivision. the Basements are all improved giving a lot of space and the Gourmet Kitchens really stand out. Deck space is well though out. Garage is roomy. Its a premier address in Brookfield. you need a great agent to stalk this condo...

Bishops Grove Condos really have a lot of value in Brookfield. they are 2 story units so they have a lot of space but they tend to sell at lower prices depending on Condition and updates. Great location and floor-plans are efficient. Condo fees of $424 so they aren't cheap and have a lot of green space which is more rare. Not really any amenities.

Glen at Woodside Creek Ranch are the Newest Units in Brookfield - Located off Lisbon road just East of Lilly Rd, The Glen has 4 units per building but there is no noise and feels like a single family; very quiet. Units sell there from $600,000 up to $800,000. works great, very quiet. this Ranch style Condo was build in 2022 so it has that New Construction feel. Total of 76 units, this condo doesn't have any amenities which is good to keep association fees down. Average association fees are $290 per unit monthly..

Brookfield is known for having a large variety of floor plans so it would follow that they have many Ranch Style units.
