We Pay for our Clients Inspections

Condo Transactions often move faster than Single Family Transactions, so inspection contingencies are often tailored to a smaller number of days. In order to be competitive in the offer, I suggest my clients put 5-7 business days as a requirement for the Inspection Contingency.

In order to get this inspection done and have time to review it sometimes you have to move fast. Often, I accompany the Inspector to the inspection and to save time, the buyer shows up at the end to go over any problems. Alternatively, I can just do the inspection with the inspector and forward the copy of the report to buyer. Of course, I do suggest that Buyers attend the Inspection so that you can get an in-depth feel of the Unit's condition.
