Picture starting your day with sunlight streaming in your windows as you glide across your soft new carpet through your open concept living/dining space to the kitchen & take in the view. You step out on the balcony to check the weather, glad you don't have to scrape snow off your car, which is parked in the attached garage. Next, you head to your home office/guest room to get some work done before you take a yoga break at the studio up the road and grab lunch at your favorite spot on Brady St. After finishing work, you get some fresh air on your way to look at the lake, about a block away, then head to a nearby grocery store to get food for dinner. Ending your day with a soak in your giant bathtub, you feel grateful for your home sweet condo on the East Side. What a dream!
